Before developing the software, Serenity will need a stable hardware prototype of the HEPEK smart gateway to ensure the development environment will remain constant. This prototype should come from a production process that is at least scalable to a few thousand devices.During this phase, Serenity will hire three hardware engineers to finalize the first production hardware device.
